We offer free shipping on orders over $50 from our website. For orders outside the U.S. and Canada, please contact us for a custom quote. For the best deals, find an authorized local Tiger dealer.
Orders from our website are usually shipped within 1 business day from the time of purchase. Once your order has been picked up by the shipper, we'll send you a tracking number to allow you to track your shipment. Depending on the order size and shipping location, orders can take anywhere from 2-14 days (for example, tables take more time to ship than paddles). Contact us to set up an express order, or for any custom shipping needs, and we'll be happy to help.
We deal with all manufacturer defects and will send you a new product or replacement part right away. Just let us know the details of what's wrong with your product. If you suspect that your product was damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the damaged areas and send them to us.
