Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Tiger PingPong.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return.
Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued less fees for restocking, credit card processing and all shipping charges associated with the order. The fee for re-stocking will be determined based on the value of the item, however will not exceed 20% of the original purchase price.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges for small packages and all freight charges for tables that are returned.
All returned products must be in their original packaging and must be returned in a never-used condition.
Products delivered damaged, with missing parts, or inoperable, must be reported to Tiger PingPong within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
Tiger PingPong reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees for special circumstances such as damaged packaging or missing parts.
If after placing your order you change your mind, you may cancel your order by replying to your order confirmation email and requesting the cancellation.
There will be no fees charged for orders that have not shipped and are cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Additionally, there will be no fees charged for orders cancelled due to the ordered item being unavailable.
After 24 hours or if your order has been shipped, fees may apply depending on the status of your order. Cancelled orders that have been charged but not shipped will be refunded less credit card processing fees.
Once shipping has occurred, charges will be assessed as per the Return and Refund policy described above.
Tiger PingPong backs its products with warranties for continued peace of mind. Any missing or defective parts or warranty claims are handled by our parts department.
