Returns Policy

Please contact Tiger PingPong If you received incorrect or damaged product. You can reach us by phone at 1-888-552-5259. We are here Monday to Friday 9-5 PST. You can also reach us via email at [email protected] Please mention your purchase information and include photos of any damaged products.

 

It is very important to inspect you product upon delivery. Any damage or defects upon delivery should be noted on the delivery documentation from the carrier. All product ships in new condition. Damage relating to shipping must be noted at time of receiving or your damage claim could be rejected. You should notify us within the first 5 days of receiving your product.

 

If there is a return of goods the product must return in good condition. The customer is responsible for packaging the product. Tiger PingPong cannot be held responsible for goods returned in poor condition. Shipping charges could be incurred for returned tables.


Shipping


We ship with a variety of companies. Small goods will ship via FedEx/ UPS or equivalent  Tables ship via LTL freight. It is recommended to have 2 people available to receive tables as free shipping is to curbside. The trucking company should reach out prior to schedule a time for delivery. Tiger PingPong is not responsible for extra fees incurred should no one be available to receive the product during the agreed upon delivery window.  

We are happy to help with any delivery questions. You will receive tracking information as soon as your product ships. We normally ship orders within 24 hours. Most product in Canada ships from Vancouver, B.C. All US product is available through the Olhausen dealer network.
